Default CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE to Release, which implies -O3 -DNDEBUG
Don't force building with -O3, which makes debugging more friendly.
Remove option BUILD_DEBUG, which is covered by -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=DEBUG / RelWithDebInfo

Don't print error: XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set in the environment. when $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR is not set

According to [the manpage](https://manpages.debian.org/experimental/libwayland-doc/wl_display_connect.3.en.html ), $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR must be set before calling `wl_display_connect(NULL)`.
Otherwise `wl_display_connect` will always fail, and print the error message

Always assume TTY when both $XDG_SESSION_TYPE and $WAYLAND_DISPLAY are not set
...
$TERM can be set to value other than `linux` ( eg xterm, xterm-256color ), just assume TTY when no desktop env is found, which effectively bypasses `getWMDE`
