MickLesk 293f050f11 Technitium DNS: read the version from its GitHub releases
The version came from scraping technitium.com, which failed for some hosts ("Command substitution exited with status 1", 6 runs on 4 hosts in three days) and has no rate-limit fallback. The GitHub release carries the same version and goes through the engine's release lookup.
