CMake: Add initial support for MidnightBSD ( #1377 )

* Add initial support for MidnightBSD
* Cleanup some issues identified through code review.
Add libzfs check as MidnightBSD does have zfs.
* Add MidnightBSD check to the version.c detection
* Remove `OR MidnightBSD` tests
* Clean up
